Czech Republic take on Portugal tonight in Quarter-Final 1 at Euro 2012.
Portugal are the odds-on favourites with the bookmakers to reach the semi-finals tonight at the National Stadium in Warsaw.
Portugal may have failed to win four matches in the build to Euro 2012, but they have hit form at the perfect time and despite losing to Germany in their opener, looked impressive during group wins over Denmark and Holland.
These two sides have met on twelve previous occasions (including as Czechoslovakia), winning four games apiece.
Since the "velvet divorce" with Slovakia, the two sides have met just twice. The Czech Republic beat Portugal 1-0 in the quarter-finals of Euro 1996, but lost 3-1 in the group stage of Euro 2008.
The Czechs may have also failed to impress in their Euro 2012 opener against Russia, but in their two games since then, they have recovered well, beating Greece and co-hosts Poland.
The winners of tonight's clash will face either Spain or France for a place in the Euro 2012 final.
